I'm not satisfied with my order, can I return it? What if there's a problem?
We offer a 100% money back guarantee only if you receive the product defective or damaged. You have 30 days to return the product to us and receive a full refund. You must return the product at your own expense. Once we receive the product, we will refund you the full amount of your original purchase. Please include all names and order numbers on returned packages. Please note: If your package is in transit, you will need to wait for it to arrive and ship it back before you can receive a refund.
Can I cancel my order?
You can cancel your order without incurring any costs! Please note: You must cancel your order before it is shipped.
I entered an incorrect address, what should I do now?
If you have entered an incorrect address, wait for the order confirmation email. Once you have verified that the address provided is incorrect, please notify us by email at revvearmode@gmail.com
If the address provided is incorrect, we can change it within 24 hours. After 24 hours, no refund will be given.
How long does shipping take?
Delivery by freight forwarder takes approximately 2-4 working days within Switzerland, while shipping to neighboring countries may be delayed by a few days.
